Due to Legal Requirement

When mandated by law, subpoena, or governmental request, or to safeguard the rights, safety or property of Dua Travels, our customers or the general population.

As part of a union, acquisition, or asset sale, customer information might be transferred as a business asset (with notice being provided).

You can choose not to have covered information sold in the future by emailing us with NEVADA Do Not Sell Request in the subject line.

In order to exercise any right, email sales@duatravels.com or write to: Dua Travels Privacy Team. We will reply within 30–45 days, as per the law.

9.Children's Privacy

We do not offer our services to people younger than 18. We do not gather personal information of children knowingly. In the event we are aware of such collection, we will immediately destroy the data. Parents or guardians who are of the opinion that we have unintentionally gathered the information of a child are to get in touch with us as soon as possible.

10. International Data Transfers

When you are making a booking outside the United States, your data can be exchanged and processed in other countries such as Saudi Arabia, the United Kingdom or other countries where our suppliers are located. To ensure that your data is appropriately safeguarded in accordance with this policy, we make sure that there are proper safeguards (e.g., contractual clauses) in place.
